Our verification Process

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a caregiver
  •  2 professional references as a caregiver 
  •  2 personal references 
  • Phone Screening by an HR representative
  • In-person interview with Owner
  • National background check
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
  • E-verify check
  • DMV records check
  • CPR certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Verification of PPD every year, if positive PPD, chest X-Ray of the lungs will be required
  • Auto insurance and registration 
  • Orientation of caregiver to the agency
  • Orientation of client
